Return Policy

Alterations

We have a 30-day alteration policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an alteration. We accept requests for free alterations due to fit and quality issues. 

To request an alteration, please send us an email with the subject line: Alterations plus your order number. In the email, please send us photos of you in your dress from the front, back and side (and any other angles you think are necessary). Please explain what you don't like or what the problem is. Once your email is accepted, we might want to have a video call with you to make sure we understood the problem. Alternatively, come in-person to our studio to consult.

We will do our best to fix any issue you might have. We make all alterations in our studio. From the moment you ship the item to us, it might take up to 2 weeks (or less) until we will ship it back to you. Alternatively, you can always come to the studio for pick-up.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We accept returns due to fit or quality issues, but we highly recommend you try one round of alterations before requesting a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@atalye.com with the subject line: Return plus your order number. Please mention the return reason. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@atalye.com.

Refunds

To request a refund, send us an email with the subject line: Refund plus your order number. In the email, please send us photos of you in your dress from the front, back and side (and any other angles you think are necessary). Please explain what you don't like or what the problem is.

Once your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your package arrives at our studio, the refund will be processed within a few days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us an email with the subject line: Damaged item plus your order number. Please send us photos of the damaged box or item.
